- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills may be advantageous, depending on the location and scope of the role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or related field, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Experience with quality assurance tools and techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring product quality and compliance.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to the industry (e.g., FDA regulations for pharmaceuticals or food safety standards for the food industry).
- Create interesting marketing materials (Company ads, flyer, and etc)
- Engage in marketing / event planning
- Assist in ad hoc tasks
